I like that all the intake paperwork is online (no exchanging of cards and things necessary). I have very sensitive teeth and Diana was very gentle and aware of my past discomfort. “I am so grateful for Dr. Daftarian! Let me explain why. My wife and I are visiting from Utah. I have Invisalign. Not just any Invisalign, silver buttons on my teeth, rare case Invisalign. One morning I went to put a band on my button, and it was gone! Yes! It came off and guess what??? I swallowed it. I called my Orthodontist in Utah and he informed me that I would have to come all the way back to fix it, because he didn’t know anybody out in Palo Alto who could help me. That seemed like none sense to me, so I started calling Invisalign providers. To my utter shock, not one out of 20 providers were willing to help me. That is… until Dr. Daftarian came to the rescue! I mean she wasn’t wearing a Superwoman costume, but she might as well have, I heard glorious trumpets when she said she would help me. Here is what she did. She had me in her office on Monday. Determined that I needed to come back because she didn’t have my EXACT button. Ordered the precise button. Had me come back a few days later. Attached it and charged me…. NOTHING!!! I don’t know about you guys, but a woman who does a thorough job that no one else is willing to do, is Super in my book. Needless to say, my wife and I will be going to her office for these next three months, and because we spend six months out of every year here, she will be our dentist going forward.”
